Free Soul Psychology will continue to offer the full 60 minutes, but will be increasing rates based on the standard rates of the Psychological Association of Alberta starting February 2025.

Kaylee Garside

I am a Registered Psychologist who offers individual counselling for adults and adolescents (14+).

I strive to create an accepting and genuine atmosphere, as I am passionate about working collaboratively with my clients to facilitate enduring intrinsic growth and an increased ability to live an authentic and meaningful existence.

My top specializations include anxiety, depression, Borderline Personality Disorder, trauma, self-compassion, grief/loss, mindfulness, existential concerns and emotional regulation.

My primary approaches include Acceptance and Commitment Based Therapy (ACT) and Mindfulness based interventions, through an attachment-based and trauma-informed lens. As necessary, I also draw from Solution Focused therapy, Cognitive Behavioural therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioural therapy (DBT), and Existential therapy.
